Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Harajuku Holdings LTD ("MarketPro", "we", "us"), a company registered in Cyprus, which acts as the data controller for personal data processed through the Service. If you have any questions, contact us at support@getmarketpro.app.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of data:

Information you provide

Account data — when you register, we collect your email address and, depending on your sign-in method, your name and a provider identifier (for sign-in with Google or Apple). You may also provide a display name and, optionally, a phone number.
Support communications — if you contact us, we keep your messages and contact details to respond.

Information collected automatically

Usage & analytics data — how you use the app, such as screens viewed, features used, signals opened, lessons completed, and events like starting a trial or purchase (used in aggregate to improve the product).
Device & technical data — device model, operating system version, app version, language, and unique identifiers (such as a Firebase installation ID and, where permitted, an advertising identifier).
Approximate location — we may derive an approximate location from your IP address to help provide, secure and localise the Service and to comply with regional availability rules. We do not collect precise GPS location.
Diagnostics — crash reports and performance data to fix bugs and keep the app stable.

Purchase data

Subscription status — we receive your subscription and entitlement status from the app stores through our subscription provider. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details; payments are processed by Apple or Google.

3. How we use your data

To provide, operate and maintain the Service, including delivering signals, the Academy and rewards features;
To create and manage your account and authenticate you;
To process and validate subscriptions, trials, referrals and rewards;
To send you service and signal notifications you have enabled;
To understand and improve how the Service is used, and to develop new features;
To measure the performance of our marketing and, where permitted, to attribute app installs and show relevant offers;
To keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms;
To comply with legal obligations and applicable regional availability rules.

4. Legal bases

Where data-protection law (such as the GDPR) applies, we process your data on the following bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Service you request); legitimate interests (to secure, analyse and improve the Service, and to market it responsibly); consent (for optional analytics and tracking, where required, which you can withdraw); and legal obligation (to comply with law).

5. Service providers & SDKs

We use trusted third-party providers to run the Service. Each processes data only as needed for its function, under its own privacy terms:

Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, cloud messaging, crash reporting and analytics) — see the Firebase privacy information and Google Privacy Policy.
RevenueCat (subscription management) — RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Kochava (mobile install attribution and marketing measurement) — Kochava Privacy Policy.
Meta (Facebook) SDK (advertising measurement and attribution, where permitted) — Meta Privacy Policy.
Microsoft Clarity (product analytics and usage insights) — Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Apple App Store / Google Play (payment processing and billing) — governed by Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies.

6. Advertising & tracking (App Tracking Transparency)

On iOS, we ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before using your device's advertising identifier for cross-app measurement. If you do not allow tracking, we do not use the advertising identifier for that purpose, and attribution falls back to privacy-preserving methods provided by Apple. On Android, you can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings. Declining tracking does not affect your ability to use the core features of the app.

7. Push notifications

If you enable notifications, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send alerts such as new-signal notifications and updates you have opted into. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings or within the app.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only: (a) with the service providers listed above, acting on our behalf; (b) with the app stores, to process purchases; (c) where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of MarketPro, our users or the public; and (d) in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), subject to this Policy.

9. Data retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required to meet legal, accounting, security or dispute-resolution needs. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your associated personal data, except where we must retain certain records by law. Aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer identify you may be retained.

10. International transfers

We and our providers may process your data in countries other than your own, including outside the European Economic Area. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) as required by applicable law.

11. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise several of these directly in the app:

Delete your account — in the app, go to your account settings and choose "Delete account". This removes your profile and associated personal data.
Analytics opt-out — you can turn off "Share usage analytics" in your account settings.
Notifications and tracking — manage these in your device settings at any time.

To make any other request, contact us at support@getmarketpro.app. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

12. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.

13. Children

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
